We offer specialised food preservation consulting and extension services in food safety and food quality. It’s been our privilege to work with some fabulous established brands in different parts of the world as well as share the excitement by consulting to food manufacturing start-ups too. Some of these services are handled entirely in-house, while for others, we have trusted collaborative partners that we work with. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Guidance on accelerated and normal duration shelf-life trials.
  • Food safety HACCP plans.
  • Regulatory guidance for food safety compliance in key world markets, such as Australia/New Zealand, China, European Union and the United States.
  • Food product reformulation for shelf-life extension.
  • Troubleshooting of product contamination issues.
  • Analysis and interpretation of QC test results.
  • SOP preparation for GMP.

Process to work with us:

  1. Organise a F2F or online meeting with us. The cost of this meeting will be $200 AUD.
  2. We submit a full project proposal to you that covers what we will do, the steps involved, who will be on the team, timeframe, what we will deliver, the total project cost and payment arrangements.
  3. If you wish to proceed, you return the signed project agreement to us.
  4. We issue an invoice to you for the full payment. The total project fee is requirement for project commencement.
  5. Once we receive full payment for the entire project, we will immediately arrange a meeting with you to commence the project.
